If the request is approved, a pro-rated refund may be provided based on the unused portion of the QBank subscription.

Cancellation Fees

A 10% cancellation fee (or a minimum of $10) will apply to all refund requests to cover administrative and processing costs.
Additional fees charged by Stripe or other payment platforms may also apply.

Technical Issues

Refunds may be granted in cases where persistent technical issues prevent users from accessing or using the service effectively, despite following all troubleshooting steps.
